If you are currently residing in our council and were once a Girl Scout, as a girl or adult, anywhere in the world, we want to hear from you! We know you have wonderful memories to share and we'd like to keep you informed about what's going on in Girl Scouting today. Whether or not you want to be actively involved in our council, we can send you our semi-annual newsletter, the Mountain Prairie Progress, to let you know about the great things our girls and adults are doing. There's no cost to receive the newsletter. All we need is your name and mailing address, and your phone number and e-mail if you'd like to provide it. Contact us at our Girl Scout Service Center (970-493-1844 or 1-888-801-1269) and we'll put you on our mailing list!
We also have a group called the Promise Partners, alumnae who want to stay connected in a more active role. This group gathers three times a year to reminisce and just have fun. A sub-group of Promise Partners works diligently on our council archives and meets more frequently to process archival items.
As an alumna of Girl Scouts you can still be a part of the Girl Scout family, the organization that is helping today's girls develop character, courage and confidence. Ask for our newsletter, ask about Promise Partners, or just call to say hello! We'd love to hear from you!
